RoR is an open source web framework “that is optimized for programmer happiness and sustainable productivity”. It allows developers write smooth and sleek code by favoring “convention over configuration.” In other words, RoR is what keeps us smiling at work!

Following the Agile Manifesto, we:

• Prefer agile methods that allow us to adapt quickly to changing conditions and market requirements
• Aim at delivering business value early, and continually improving it by adding further functionality throughout the life of the project
• Understand and support frequent re-evaluation of plans
